We offer reliable and trackable shipping options for both domestic and international deliveries.
- Sweden:
  We ship orders with PostNord or DHL , depending on the destination and the size of the package.
- Internationally:
  We also deliver to selected countries in Europe, the UK, the USA, Canada and Ireland via DHL and other trusted carriers.
All orders are shipped with tracking when available, and you will receive an email when your order has been shipped.
Note:

For international deliveries, customs duties, VAT or import taxes may apply depending on the recipient country. These costs are paid by the customer and are not included in the order price.
Delivery time depends on destination and selected carrier. All delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier handling, customs processes or peak season.
Within Sweden:
Orders are usually delivered within 2-5 business days after the order has been shipped with PostNord or DHL.
International deliveries (Europe, UK, USA, Canada & Ireland):

International orders are typically delivered within 5–12 business days , depending on the recipient country and customs clearance.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information (if available).
Note:
For international deliveries, customs clearance may cause additional delivery time. Any customs fees, VAT or import taxes are paid by the customer.
We offer a 30-day return policy , which means you have 30 days to request a return from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for return, the product must:
- be in the same condition as upon receipt
- be unused
- keep all original labels
- be in original packaging
- be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Returns sent back without a return request having been approved in advance will not be accepted.
Once your return has been approved, we will send instructions on how and where to return the package.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).

You can track your delivery directly via the carrier's website using the tracking number.
